Every time we brew together we come up with something fun and tasty. Fermentada is no different. We made a Mexican-style lager with flavors inspired by tepache, which is a fermented beverage using pineapple rinds, brown sugar, and cinnamon. 🍍 This beer is packed with flavor. The Mexican lager comes through with a corny sweetness that pairs wonderfully with the pineapple and brown sugar. A smooth finish and a slight warming character from the cinnamon makes this beer comforting and refreshing, perfect for these sunny patio days that we’re about to have this weekend! ☀️ |
