Beer from El Sueñito Brewing Company
We are excited to feature craft beer options from our very owned, El Sueñito Brewing Company, Washington's first Mexican & gay-owned brewery located out of Bellingham, Washington. Whether it's packaged beer in six packs or kegs, you can add beer to your catering order. If you are interested in our kegs, we will provide a party pump. All you will need is a tub and ice to keep the keg submerged in icy water to serve delicious cold beer 🍺

El Sueñito is owned and operated by Frelard Tamales. Please familiarize yourself with local & state alcohol & liquor laws and regulations if you are planning to serve alcohol at your event. Event hosts are responsible for making sure that overservice & serving minors does not occur. As always, please drink responsibly and find a safe way to get home that does not involve driving while under the influence. Beer can only be sold to customers 21+ and proof of age will be required upon delivery of beer.

Allergen & ingredients info cards
Feel free to download and print these table tents to display at your upcoming catered event. Only events staffed by us will have these info cards printed. Otherwise, please print these for your convenience. Info cards make note of the most common allergens but it is not inclusive of all allergies. If someone in your party has a serious allergy, please connect with our catering coordinator to check on specific allergens not noted on these cards. While we are not a gluten-free certified kitchen, most of our food is naturally gluten-free except our croutons that are served on our Caesar salads.

Not including weekends or observed holidays & extra time required for staffed events. Sometimes we can accomodate orders in less time but please reach out so we can work with you to discuss logistics.
Prices & Small Print for Frelard Tamales & El Sueñito Events & Catering
- A variable catering fee will be added per person to cover our expenses for things like our compostable utensils, plates, packaging and equipment used (if any).
- If your event needs to be staffed for serving & helping run the food stations, a staffing fee of $45 per hour/per staff member will be added
- Automatic 20% gratuity is applied to all staffed catering events, taproom buy-outs and private events. Please note that automatic gratuities are taxed per Washington State Department of Revenue regulations.
Pricing does not include applicable taxes. Please note that we usually ask for at least 5 business days advance notice prior to a catering event depending on the size of your order.
