Our tamales will increase in price from $5 to $5.50 on January 15th
Easy and fast service!
We do a pretty good job in keeping our freezers and steamers full of tamales so that when you place an order online you can just head down to our Green Lake shop and pick up your order. Once you submit your order of a dozen or more on here, just head down and we will take care of you!
For smaller orders under a dozen, do not place order online, just head to the shop and we will take care of you!
Weekdays: 11AM to 8PM | Weekends: 10AM to 5PM
Steamed: If you order tamales labeled as steamed, this means that they have already been cooked for you. Reheating is your best option for leftover cooked tamales. They can still be put in the fridge or freezer depending how long you want them to last.
Frozen: If you order tamales labeled as frozen, it means the masa (corn dough) is uncooked, this means that the tamal has not been steamed in which the masa is still raw. Everything inside the tamal is cooked, however, so if you order uncooked, you need to steam them to cook the masa. Often times, the uncooked tamales will be cold/frozen but if they are not, it means the tamales were made a couple hours before you got them.
