December holidays (like Hanukkah & Christmas) are quickly approaching which means we are in the middle of tamale season and pre-orders for tamales is now open! December is the busiest month for our tamale production team as we try to keep up with demand. We understand how important it is for some of you to have tamales for the December holidays and we are working hard to make sure we can fulfill all pre-orders.
In an attempt to reduce wait times at our both locations during the busy holiday season, we are requiring pre-orders for all tamale sales between Thursday, December 28th and Sunday, December 31st. No walk-up, same-day orders will be accepted during the dates listed above in an effort to provide a smooth pick up experience to you all. We appreciate your understanding.

Here is what to expect:
- Submit your order using the form below
- Our staff will review your order and respond within 48 hours
- Your order is not considered confirmed until we have issued an invoice
- An invoice will come to you from Square. This invoice must be paid by the due date or else your order will be canceled. If you do not see an invoice within 48 hours, check your spam folder. If it's not there, email us at [email protected] to inquire about your order.
- If picking up, show up on the date you selected.
- If you chose delivery (Seattle area only), your delivery will come to you on the date confirmed through email.
- Steam and enjoy our tamales!

Orders are available for pick up any day starting on Tuesday, December 26th until Sunday, December 31st during business hours.
Seattle business hours:
Monday - Friday: 11 AM - 8 PM
Weekends: 10 AM - 6 PM

Please note that both of our locations are closed on Monday,
January 1st, to give our staff a paid day off to be with their loved ones.

Pick up is available starting on Tuesday, December 26th to Sunday, December 31st during our business hours.
Bellingham business hours:
Monday - Sunday: 11 AM - 10 PM
Please note that delivery & pick-up slots are limited and will be assigned on a first-come first-serve basis. We are unable to update date availability on a daily basis so while you might still be able to select a specific date, the date might be full. We will communicate with you if this is the case. If you want your gift set on a specific date, we recommend ordering sooner rather than later to increase your chances of securing your desired date.
