Prices & relevant small print
Our pricing is straight-forward and transparent. No hidden or crazy service fees added. Tips not included.
Pricing per item/person:
Booking & Cancellation policy:
To secure your date, we will collect 50% of your total for your order.
Booth pricing:
* Note that pricing does not include applicable taxes.
- The one tamal per person includes one tamal, side of vegan rice and refried beans and is $12.50
- The two tamales per person includes two tamales, side of vegan rice and refried beans and is $17.50 (very filling!)
- A side of our delicious handmade guacamole ($3.50) or add chips $4.00
- A large fresh salad per person is $8.50 | Small side salad: $4.50
- A catering fee of up to $2.00 will be added per person to cover our expenses for things like our compostable utensils, plates, catering packaging and equipment used (if any).
- If your event needs to be staffed for serving & helping run the food stations, a staffing fee of $30 per hour/per staff member will be added
- All our catering food orders come with sides of our house-made salsas, Mexican crema and pickled veggies at no additional cost
Booking & Cancellation policy:
To secure your date, we will collect 50% of your total for your order.
- If you cancel at least 14 days before your date, we will refund 90% of the total.
- If you cancel at least 7 days before your date, we will refund 50% of the total.
- If you cancel at least one day before your date, we will refund 25% of the total.
- We will always work with you to try to find another date that might work for you. However, items specially made for your order could be lost if already prepared. If this is the case, we can issue a partial credit for the items not already prepared.
Booth pricing:
- If you are hiring our tamale booth, we have a $1200 minimum for Monday-Thursday and a $1700 for Friday-Sunday
- A staffing fee will be added. This is based on hours of staffing needed for the event x the number of staff needed.
- Each hour is $30/staff.
- Staffing fee does not go to staff. It is to cover our cost of labor which is not calculated in the cost of our food as the food is priced for selling out of our shop which has different overhead costs than a mobile food booth or private catering event.
