Pre-orders for the holidays are open!The holidays are quickly approaching which means we are in the middle of tamale season and pre-orders for tamales is now open! November & December are the busiest month for our tamale production team as we try to keep up with demand. We understand how important it is for some of you to have tamales for the holidays and we are working hard to make sure we can fulfill all pre-orders.

Here is everything you need to know about our holiday ordering process:
When ordering, you can select one of various ways to get your tamales in time for the upcoming holidays.
➜ Seattle taproom: Choose this option if you live in or near Seattle
➜ Bellingham taproom: Choose this option if you live in or near Bellingham
➜ Bow Kitchen Hub: Choose this option if you live in or near Bow in Skagit County. We are partnering with an amazing commissary kitchen in Skagit County to make it easier for folks around this area to get a hold of our tamales for the holiday.
➜ Home Delivery: Choose this option if you live in and around Seattle or if you have a Bellingham address.
Here is how the pre-order process works:
➜ After you choose your pathway from above, you will make the correct selection below. The link will take you to our pre-order form.
➜ Complete the pre-order form and click submit.
➜ We will review your order, process your order and issue an electronic invoice to pay for your order.
➜ Once you receive your invoice, check for accuracy and make payment. Customers who miss payment deadline will lose their pre-order.
➜ Due to the volume of orders we receive, no changes are allowed after completing payment. If you need to order more tamales, you will need to submit a new order form.
➜ Once payment is received, your order is considered confirmed and will be ready the date and time of your choosing.
Other things to know about our holiday orders:
➜ We have historically sold out of tamales especially the week before Christmas. Our tamales production team is working around the clock to meet demand but we are humans and we can only do so much. There is a chance we will sold out of tamales entirely or of some flavors. Get your orders in early to make sure you get priority.
➜ No same-day orders will be allowed five days before Christmas Eve. All orders of tamales will need to be made online. Starting Friday, December 19th, same-day orders will be blocked. You must submit your order through one of our options below to secure your holiday tamales.
➜ Please give us patience and grace. We work very hard to get all your orders processed and to make sure don't make any mistakes. We are humans and sometimes we make mistakes. We promise we will fix any issues if you run into one.
